TREYLER SEKTÖRÜNDE PATENT ÖN ARAŞTIRMA VE RAKİP İZLEME FAALİYETLERİ

Abstract

Patent; yeni olması koşuluyla teknik bir karaktere sahip olan 'buluş basamağı' içeren ve 'sanayiye uygulanabilir' olan herhangi bir buluş için verilebilecek bir yasal unvandır. Patentler son güncel teknik bilginin %80’nini barındırmaktadır. Patent araştırmaları ile rakiplerimizin ve sektörlerinde en güncel teknik bilgilerine ulaşılabilmektedir. Rakiplerin patent hareketleri izlenerek sektör ve rakip bazlı olarak patent stratejisi belirlemesi yapılabilmektedir. Patent ön araştırmalarından elde edilen veriler sayesinde pek çok inovasyon çıkarımlar ve stratejik tespitler hatta trend tahminleri yapılabilmektedir. Aynı zamanda patentler, ülkelerin ve kurumların ekonomik ve teknolojik gelişmişlik gücünü de gösteren gayrimaddi varlıklardır. Patentler şirketlerin inovasyon için gerekli yatırımı yapmaya, Ar-Ge’ye daha fazla kaynak ayırmalarına ve inovasyonun yayılmasına da teşvik eder. Bu çalışmada son yıllarda taşımacılık sektörünün artması ile treyler pazarının yükselen başarıları, gelişme potansiyeli ve rekabet ortamı içerisinde olduğu rakiplerinin patent başvuru sayıları ile elde edilecek verileri ve kullanılacak bilgileri anlamlı hale getirilecek ve rakiplere karşı pazarda strateji belirlemek için kullanılabilecektir.
