Abstract

Thestudy aims to analyze the efficacy of accompanying programs Entrepreneurship inAlgeria,  and reveal the main traits ofentrepreneurial spirit among Algerian Entrepreneurs university  students,such as creativity,innovation , andself -confidence, independency and responsibility as well as risk takingpropensity and initiativeness , and its effects on the creation and success ofsmall and  medium business in Algeriathrough the contribution of devices support and accompanying program providedby the gouvernement as well  (ANSEJ,NACC, ANDI ).
