Immanuel Kant'ta siyasal otoriteye itaat ve devrim sorunu

Abstract

Bu makalede, Immanuel Kantın siyasal otorite ve yurttaşlar arasındaki kurduğu ilişki; Kantın siyasal otoritenin yapısı hakkındaki görüşlerinden hareketle siyasal otoritenin buyruklarına itaat konusu ve Kantın itaatsizliğe yaklaşımı ele alınacaktır. Bu çerçeve içerisinde Kantın devrim hakkındaki görüşleri gözden geçirilip, bu konu hakkındaki görüşleri arasında bir tutarsızlık olup olmadığı; eğer bir tutarsızlık varsa bu tutarsızlığın kaynakları sorgulanacaktır. Bu bakımdan Kantın devrim ve sivil itaatsizlik hakkındaki görüşlerinin cumhuriyetçi bir toplum idealine uygun olup olmadığı tartışılacaktır

In this article, we will examine the Kant’s approach to disobedience with Kant’s ideas about the structure of political authority and the relation between political authority and citizen in Kant’s political philosophy. Within this scope, we will examine the Kant’s ideas about revolution and if there is a contradiction in his ideas. If there is a contradiction in his ideas on revolution; the source of this contradiction will examined. We will also discuss, his ideas about revolution and civil disobedience is appropriate or not with his republican ideal.
