dc.description.abstractIn this article benchmarking subject is taken into consideration. Benchmarking is a comparison process which provides useful information for improving almost each business activity. It has got different kinds such as internal, comperative, functional benchmarking and business enterprises chooses one or some of them according to their aims to use. Today a lot of big business enterprises such as Xerox, AT&T and Motorola makes benchmarking study so as to remain standing.
