Lojistik Sektöründe Çalışma Koşulları: İnsan Onuruna Yakışır İş Açısından Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Lojistik kavramı, olgusal olarak ele alındığında kökleri çok derinlere inmemektedir. Fakat bugünde durup lojistik kavramının geldiği nokta ve içerdiği hizmetler değerlendirdirildiğinde ortaya çıkan sonuçlar tarihin birçok önemli aşamasında aslında lojistik kavramıyla ilişkilendirebilecek süreçlerin etkin bir şekilde var olduğunu göstermektedir. Günümüzde lojistik sektörü küresel ekonominin işleyişinde çok önemli bir yer tutmaktır. Uluslararası ticaret de ki ürün hareketi lojistik süreçler sayesinde gerçekleşebilmektedir. Bu özelliğinden ötürü küresel ekonomideki her alanla lojistik sektörünün bağlantısı mevcuttur. Bu bağlantılar sayesinde iş hayatında meydana gelen her yenilik ya da değişimler de lojistik sektörünü etkilemektedir. Çalışma koşulları, kişiye uygun iş gibi çalışma ekonomisi altında incelenen konuların değerlendirmesini lojistik sektörü açısından da yapmak mümkündür. Başta lojistik iş akış süreçleri olmak üzere lojistik başlığı altında incelenebilecek birçok alanda çevreci uygulamalara yer verilebilmesi için ortaya çıkan yeşil lojistik kavramı sektördeki tüm işlere ve çalışma koşullarına yenilikler getirmiştir. Yeşil lojistik başta taşımacılık olmak üzere sektörde verilen hizmetler esnasında yerküreye verilen her türlü zarar ve kirliliği en aza indirgemeye dayanan bir anlayıştır. Bu çalışmada dikkat çekilmek istenen husus firmaların iş süreçlerini çevrecileştirirken aynı özveri ve çabayı çalışanları açısından gösterip göstermediğine ışık tutmaktır.

When the concept of logistics is dealt with as factual, its roots does not go deep. However; when we stay today and evaluate the point which the concept of logistics gets to and included services, the results indicate that there are many periods avaialable in many important stages in history which can be associated with logistics effectively. Today, the logistics sector is taking a very important place in the function of the global economy. Product movement in international trade takes place through logistics processes. Owing to this feature, logistics sector is connected with every area in the global economy and also through this connections, every innovation and changes which occur in business life affects the logistics sector. It is also possible to make an assessment of the subjects studied under the labor economics such as working conditions and work proper to individual in terms of the logistics sector. Green logistics concept, which has emerged in order to give place to environmentalist applications in many areas, which we can examine under the heading of logistics, especially in logistics work flow processes, has brought innovations to all jobs and working conditions in the sector. Green logistics is an understanding based on minimizing all kinds of damages and pollution released to the earth during the services provided in the sector, especially in transportation. In this study, the issue wanted to draw attention is to offer an insight into whether companies display the same devotion and effort in terms of their employees while environmentalizing their business processes.
