BÜRO YÖNETİMİ VE YÖNETİCİ ASİSTANLIĞI PROGRAMI ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN ÖĞRENCİ DOYUMUNU BELİRLEYEN ÖZELLİKLERE GÖRE DOYUM DÜZEYLERİ; ÇORUM İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

In this study, student satisfaction of Office Management and Executive Assistant Associate Degree program students at Vocational Schools has been examined. The purpose of the research is to reveal the degree of the school satisfaction of the students where they are trained and the futures that determine the student satisfaction. The study focuses on the determining criteria such as the attitudes of teaching staff and the other staff, peer relations, social environment and activities, curriculum and courses, freedom of opinion and the school's physical features which are thought to influence the student satisfaction. All the Office Management and Executive Assistant Associate Degree program students in Çorum province form the population of the study .The sample includes all the Office Management and Executive Assistance students of Vocational School of Hitit University and Osmancık Ömer Derindere Vocational School. Survey method has been used as the data collection method; the data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 package program and interpreted in the tables

Bu araştırmada Meslek Yüksekokullarındaki Büro Yönetimi ve Yönetici Asistanlığı Önlisans programı öğrencilerinin öğrenci doyumu incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın amacı öğrencilerin öğrenim görmekte oldukları okuldan duydukları doyum derecesini ve öğrenci doyumunu belirleyen özellikleri ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırmada öğrenci doyumunu etkileyeceği düşünülen öğretim elemanı ve diğer personelin tutumları, arkadaş ilişkileri, sosyal çevre ve faaliyetler, müfredat ve dersler, fikir özgürlüğü, okulun fiziki donanımı gibi belirleyici ölçütler üzerinde durulmaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Çorum ilindeki Büro yönetimi ve Yönetici önlisans programı öğrencilerinin tamamı oluşturmaktadır. ÖrneklemÇorum ili Hitit Üniversitesi bünyesinde bulunan Meslek Yüksekokulu ve Osmancık Ömer Derindere Meslek Yüksekokulu Büro Yönetimi ve Yönetici Asistanlığı öğrencilerinin tamamını kapsamaktadır.Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmış olup, veriler SPSS 17,0 Paket Programı ile analiz edilerek tablolar halinde yorumlanmıştır
