BÜROLARDA E-TOPLANTI YÖNETİMİNE GEÇİŞ VE UYGULAMALAR
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine of e-meeting management transition, and applications of e-meeting management and factors of affecting the preferences of e-meeting of office workers. In this research, analyzed theorical studies on e-meeting technology, analyzed and presented factors of affecting the preferences of emeeting. This study is descriptive research which was intended to provide information on the current situation of e-meeting management and also explore the possible developments of applications.Kızılay-Çankaya-Ankara. This scale is applied to face to face on total 28 office workers who are work in these companies.Research findings show that the transition of e-meeting management is rapidly increasing and using many emeeting application in the offices. Otherwise, this study is shown that quite effective factors of e-meeting preferences of office workers are e-meeting topics, interest of office workers for e-meeting, presence or absence of a satisfactory explanation about the e-meeting respectively. And some factors are less effective according to others, these factors are the cost of the traditional meeting, low fee of e-meeting system setup, and the date of the e-meeting. Briefly, functionality and increased the number of applications for e-meeting management in offices, and observed that effective factors are e-meeting topics, interest of office workers for e-meeting, explanation about the e-meeting in this study. These findings were supported and proven by statistically Bu araştırma, bürolarda e-toplantı yönetimine geçişi, e-toplantı yönetimi uygulamalarını ve büro çalışanlarının e-toplantı tercihlerini etkileyen unsurları ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, etoplantı yönetimine ilişkin teorik çalışmalar analiz edilmiş, büro çalışanlarının e-toplantı tercihlerinde etkili olan unsurlar incelenerek çalışmada sunulmuştur. Araştırma, e-toplantı yönetimine ilişkin mevcut durum hakkında bilgi vermeyi ve muhtemel gelişmeleri de ortaya koymayı amaçladığından, betimsel bir araştırmadır
