Abstract

The provision of health services in timely and cost-effective operational and administrative accurate information is extremely important to achieve. Today, various systems have been developed in order to use the information in a good way at hospitals and other enterprises. Especially with the latest innovations in technology has reached out information systems have become to the electronic data processing systems. Appropriate systems to be used in hospitals and taking the views of the users of the system taking the views of the users of the system for employees to be efficient. The purpose of this study, to take ideas of medical secretaries and administrative personnel about Namık Kemal University Health Practice and Research Center information systems and to examine compliance hospital professionals to information systems. As a method of data collection used in some parts of the questionnaire developed by Kutlutürk, L.(2011)

Sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda gerek işlevsel gerekse yönetimsel doğru bilgiye, tam, zamanında ve uygun maliyette ulaşılabilmesi son derece önemlidir. Günümüzde hastane ve diğer işletmelerde bilgiyi iyi bir şekilde kullanabilmek ve koruyabilmek için çeşitli sistemler geliştirilmiştir. Özellikle teknolojinin ulaştığı son yeniliklerle birlikte bilgi sistemleri elektronik veriler üzerinden işleyen sistemler haline gelmiştir. Hastane içinde kullanılan bilgi sistemlerinde, çalışanların verimli olabilmesi için kullanılan sistemlerin uygun olması ve kullanıcıların sistem hakkındaki görüşlerinin alınması son derece önemlidir. Bu sebeple bu çalışmanın amacı, tıbbi sekreterlerin ve idari personelin Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama Ve Araştırma Merkezindeki bilgi sistemlerine yönelik düşüncelerinin alınması ve hastane çalışanlarının bilgi sistemlerine uyumunun incelenmesidir. Araştırmada veri toplama metodu olarak Kutlutürk, L.(2011)tarafından geliştirilen anket formunun bazı kısımları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel istatistiksel ve nitel yöntemler kullanılmıştır
