S.Ü.S.B.M.Y. BÜRO YÖNETİMİ YÖNETİCİ ASİSTANLIĞI ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN STAJ YAPTIKLARI BÜROLARIN ERGONOMİK AÇISINDAN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Günümüzbilgi toplumu çağında, değişen teknoloji ile birlikte bilgi ve bilgininüreticisi olan insana verilen önem artmıştır. Bu değişikliklerden iş yaşamı veçalışma koşulları da etkilenmiştir. Büroteknolojisinin insan sağlığına olumsuz etkilerini en aza indirmeyi amaçlayanergonomi; teknoloji ile insan arasındaki bağı güçlendirmekte, makine-insanuyumunu sağlamakta ve böylelikle çalışanların teknolojik yeniliklere daha kısasürede adapte olmalarına olanak tanımaktadır. Günümüz koşullarında birçokaçıdan birbirleriyle rekabet içerisinde olan işletmeler, çalışanlarına sunmuşoldukları ergonomik koşullar ile hem verimliliklerini artırmakta, hem de diğerişletmelere karşı rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmektedirler. Buçalışmada; Selçuk Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu Büro Yönetimive Yönetici Asistanlığı Öğrencilerinin Staj Yaptıkları Bürolardaki ergonomikkoşullar ile verimlilik arasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemek ve ergonomininverimliliğe olan etkisini değerlendirmek amaçlanmaktadır. Henüz ilk işdeneyimlerini staj yaparak kazanmakta olan öğrencilerden staj yaptıklarıbürolardaki çalışma koşulları ile ilgili veriler anket yöntemiyle eldeedilerek, istatistiki yöntemlerle analiz edilmiş ve tablolar halindeyorumlanmıştır.

With changing technology, the importance given to the person who is the information and information producer has increased in today's information gathering age. These changes also affected working life and working conditions. Ergonomics which aims at minimizing adverse effects of office technology on human health; strengthens the link between technology and people, enables machine-human compatibility and thus, allows employees to get used to technological innovations sooner.In today's conditions, companies that compete with each other in many respects increase their productivity and they gain competitive advantage against other businesses with ergonomic conditions that they present to their employees. The purpose of this study is to examine relationship between efficiency and ergonomic conditions in offices where students of Selçuk University, Social Sciences Vocational School, Secretary and Office Management do their internship and to evaluate effect of ergonomics on efficiency. Data about working conditions of offices where they do their internship were obtained by questionnaire method from students who have earned their first work experience by doing internship, they were analyzed statistically and interpreted in tabular form.
