In this paper, first we give a characterization of timelike inclined curves according to the type-2 Bishop frame in Minkowski 3-space, and then define rectifying curves of timelike curves according to the type-2 Bishop frame in Minkowski 3-space as their position vectors always lie in the orthogonal complement Omega 1/2 of their vector field Omega 1/2. Moreover we characterize Bertrand curves in the same space via the new frame. In particular, we study Mannheim partner curves according to type-2 Bishop frame in E-1(3) and express such curves in terms of their curvature functions.

Sr3WO6:Eu3+ phosphor was prepared at high temperature by solid state method. The phase structure of phosphor was characterized as double perovskite structure. The cell parameters of Sr3WO6:Eu3+ were determined as a = 8.361 angstrom, b = 8.288 angstrom, c = 8.211 angstrom, alpha = beta = gamma = 89.78 degrees. The luminescence properties were studied. The results revealed that Eu3+ ions show red emission about 616 nm.
